Frequently Asked Questions

Trade Counter is open from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Order by phone, fax or email. If you don’t have an account you will need a credit card or cash.

Deliveries leave at 3pm every day. Most orders received before 2pm are sent that day. Deliveries arrive next day across Ireland.

Shipping is €7 + vat on anything up to 20kg. We do not send via normal post.

Returns. Goods purchased from stock may be returned for a full refund within 48 hours, as long as they are in their original condition and packaging and are returned with the receipt. No returns on special orders.

Payment Methods…

  1. All major credit cards accepted by phone.
  2. We take cash and cheques.
  3. If you are spending over €100 per month you may ask for a 30 day credit account.
  4. You may Deposit directly into our bank account.
